“The phone was answered, Darren was at my door a few hours later.” — Helen, Google review
From full bathroom renovations to a running toilet. The jobs described here are ones customers talk about in their reviews.
Not sure what you need? Give us a callRenovations are the first thing their Facebook page lists. One couple has used Darren four times through their renovations, and the page is full of finished bathrooms and vanities.
EnquireBuilders use them too. Cato Constructions say they don’t go anywhere else for their plumbing, and the page shows rough-ins in new-build framing and on the slab.
EnquireThe QBCC licence covers roofing as well as plumbing. One long-time customer has had roofs replaced and new drainage put in.
EnquireOne customer had Darren replace her hot water system. She says he explained the options and organised the electrical work for it.

Customers keep saying the same things: someone picks up, Darren turns up when he says, and the price is fair.
“I needed a plumber urgently calling early in the morning, the phone was answered.”
“Darren arrived with everything that was needed to complete the job, and even more, in one visit.”
“Pricing is very fair – no price gouging here.”
“His admin is great as well, always respond in a timely manner.”

"I needed a plumber urgently calling early in the morning, the phone was answered, Darren was at my door a few hours later, arriving at the estimated time, fixed my issue whilst providing excellent, professional and friendly service. Easy stress free process, pricing is very fair – no price gouging here – an overall excellent service. Definitely recommend."
"Darren is very genuine which is what struck me most to start with. He did a toilet repair quickly and well and it cost less than expected. I then got him back again for a much larger job, replacement of a hot water system. He explained options to me and organised the electrical required for this job as well as doing his part which was most of it. He was always reliable and on time and did a wonderful job."
"Efficient, reliable, thoughtful, punctual, professional... I thought it would take at least two visits, but after only seeing few pictures, Darren arrived with everything that was needed to complete the job, and even more, in one visit. It felt as if he was able to read my mind. Excellent service."
"Tenant rang with a plumbing complaint at 9:30am...it was fixed by 11:30am! Thanks so much, we will definitely recommend your service to others."
"Fast, efficient, reliable and up-to-date product knowledge. We don’t go anywhere else for our plumbing needs and would highly recommend their services. – Andrew & Lucy Cato, Cato Constructions"
"We have been using Darren and Kylie for approximately 10 years. We have had roofs replaced, new drainage and also general maintenance work carried out. Their prompt and professional service has helped to get projects and repairs done on time with minimal fuss. Great service!"
